英语考点分析之【强调与被动语态】

一、强调
1．英语中为了强调句子中的某些部分，常使用倒装语序。除了之前在虚拟语气部分和状语从句部分提到的两种倒装外，更常见的是句首为否定词或带有否定意义的词语时使用的部分倒装。例如：Under no circumstances shall we cancel the party．常用于这一结构的词语有：few, hardly, scarcely, little, never, nowhere, rarely, seldom, at no time，by no means, under no circumstances, in no way, in vain, no longer等。
2．句首为only接状语时，常用部分倒装。例如：Only later did they realize what a terrible mistake they had made.

A. he cared B. did he care C. does he care D. he cares 
（选B。考查否定词的倒装结构。）
二、被动语态
我们讲解一下“get十（名词＋）动词过去分词”的被动语态。在这种用法中，动作的执行者往往不表示出来。这种结构更强调动作的结果而非动作本身，且常用来表示突然性、出乎意料的偶然事件。例如：The picture got damaged when we were moving it.
